St Peter Church confirmation class donated stockings, stocking stuffers, breakfast food and personal care items. THANK YOU for providing these these Christmas items. Our clients and their children will love them.

The Grimes United Methodist Church children's Sunday School class made Birthday containers for the clients at the Storehouse. THANK YOU so much for creating these awesome donated items.

Black Pearl Dance Academy held a food drive during the recent dance recital. They collected 308 pounds of food and personal items. THANK YOU for your support.

A Big THANK YOU to the Simons, Goldsmith, Yeager & Lobbig families for their donation to the Storehouse. They donated 193 pounds of food and personal items.

Toyota held their Santa & His Reindeer family event on Saturday, November 26th. They were collecting food for the Grimes Storehouse. A BIG THANK YOU to the Toyoto dealership in Grimes.

The Johnston-Grimes Firefighters Association presented a check to the Grimes Storehouse. THANK YOU for your support.


Sending a big Storehouse shout-out to Cub Scout Packs 171 and 172 who joined together for a food drive in support of the Grimes Storehouse! The scouts collected donations at Fareway and Hy-Vee and collected nearly 1,000 pounds of donations. THANK YOU to all who contributed and to the Cub Scouts for their work collecting and delivering the donations! We appreciate you!

Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping received 204 lbs. of food and personal item donations from their clients. THANK YOU to all who made this possible.

The Grimes Girl Scouts held their annual food drive on October 22nd. They spent many hours preparing for this food drive. They then collected the food sacks from the residents on Saturday morning. They collected around 2,200 lbs. THANKS AGAIN for your time and energy. We also want to thank those who contributed to this food drive.

A big THANK YOU to our Storehouse volunteers who helped with the Girl Scouts food drive. It was a long busy morning/afternoon and we appreciate their dedication.

The 1st-3rd graders from St. Boniface Religious Education held a food drive for the Grimes Storehouse and collected 427 lbs. They also helped us by weighing, sorting and putting the donations on our shelves. THANK YOU for all those who contributed.

We're so blessed to have partners like Grimes Hope Lutheran Church who help keep our shelves stocked. Recently they held a food drive during their Vacation Bible School and collected 822 lbs. of food and personal items! Thank you for helping feed families in the Grimes community!

Vero Chiropractic answered our need by collecting 520 lbs. of food and personal items during July! Our clients and their children thank you from the bottom of their hearts.


The Grimes Eggstravaganza event was held on Saturday, April 16th at the Community Center. People donated non-perishable food items for the Grimes Storehouse when they arrived. 578 lbs of food and personal items were collected as well monetary donations. BIG THANKS to everyone who participated!
Thank You so much for the Crossroads Community Church and the kids who attended their Vacation Bible School. They made over 50 birthday bags to provide to Storehouse clients celebrating a birthday. Food donations were provided as well. Thanks to everyone that contributed! We appreciate it!

The Beaverbrooke neighborhood recently joined together for a food drive and collected 461 pounds of food, household and hygiene products for the Storehouse. THANK YOU to everyone who participated!
